The challenge was to evolve an established creative world without losing what made it work, and to do it within a tight scope and budget.
Results
IMC Trading is one of the world's leading market makers, competing for the same top 1% of STEM talent as every major trading firm on the planet. Prosperity is their answer to that challenge, a global 10-day trading simulation designed to turn the brightest students into prospective candidates.
role
I was brought in to lead the creative renewal of the third edition. I led the new narrative direction, grounding the Prosperity world in the language of today's economy: rare earth materials, microchips, the building blocks of modern value. I introduced new characters into the world, developing each from concept through to final design and defining the narrative around them. I briefed and directed an external 3D agency on all visual assets and held final sign off across the entire visual output of the campaign, including all video content seen on the platform between challenge rounds.
